Free fan-made mod for Black Mesa - no budget, no revenue and no commercial release. Built by the volunteer HECU Collective and distributed at no cost via ModDB and the Steam Workshop; unlike the team's Blue Shift mod it carries no Patreon. The project was left unfinished (Part Two never shipped) when the team moved to Black Mesa: Blue Shift, and was revived in November 2025 as "Azure Sheep: Reborn" by the Black BoX Team with HECU Collective's blessing.
