Revenue figures are officially reported rather than estimated: System Era's own three-year post-mortem put the game at nearly 4 million copies purchased, 8 million players including Xbox Game Pass, and over $75M gross by March 2022; the November 2023 Devolver Digital acquisition announcement raised that to $87M+ lifetime revenue and 13M+ players. Devolver acquired System Era Softworks for up to $40 million ($22M initial, $10M deferred, up to $8M earn-out). Current Steam list price $29.99; the separate OST DLC is $5.99.
